Nabil was great, he was here early, and was quick and efficient. He did a wonderful job getting several tough spots out. Carpet looks like new! I will use again and refer.
Overall, I was very satisfied with the cleaning of my carpets on January 12, 2015. I received a call early in the morning saying they were behind schedule which I appreciated. That gave me time to run some errands. The two employees were very professional, efficient and quick. My carpets look much cleaner (they are 13 years old)! I would use this company again.
Justin was prompt, professional, and courteous. He completed the work in a timely manner and made my home "Christmas and company" ready; the carpets and furniture looked fresh and clean. I would definitely use Express Dry Carpet Cleaning again.

The two men arrive on the time estimate and were very professional and thorough with the work. They were very conscientious and checking on certain spotsand got them out very cleanly. My stairs were a terrible mess but they look very nice.now. I recommend them highly and would use again.
Originally I had been told the crew would arrive at 10:00 am. I received a call the morning notifying me that they would arrive at 10:30. The owner and another person arrived on time. After the introduction, and a discussion regarding the company not usually serving Charles county and the how much carpet area would be cleaned for $89.00, they bought in equipment and got started cleaning. It was an excellent experience. I am actually going to hire them again to clean my vents. The co-owner came out himself and he did an excellent job. He would always check with me to make sure that I was satisfied before he would move on to the next room. He vaccumed, cleaned, and scotch guarded the steps without having to be asked to.
Rafael called when he was ten minutes away. I told him I may want him to do an extra area carpet and he told me that he was pressed for time but he would check got here. He was quick, courteous, friendly and awesome! The stains were 10 yrs of dog hair, stains, food juice etc. He got here by noon and was done by 12:45. He did the extra carpet and gave me aDEAL! I'm so happy! I would use them again.
