Audrey was so nice and helpful. They helped when I was sure no one would. Great 1st impression! 2 days BEFORE my first payment was due my car was shut off for non payment. When I called they apologized and turned it back on. The next day the same thing happened even though I went ahead and made a payment the day before. Within 3 weeks of getting my vehicle it broke down and they refused to help fix it. Needless to say I had them come pick up the vehicle in the parking lot where it died.
Wish I could give 0 stars. They offered me not even half of my trade in value for my vehicle and upon showing them my vehicle's trade in value on nada's website sales manager simply says that's not what they go by. Then the vehicle I was asking about had a clean retail value of $18,000 and they were asking nearly $24,000. Needless to say I did not purchase there and recommend to every one else to not do business with them. I truly believe the sales manager is a liar because he stated he has no idea what amount they purchase ... read more

You never want to buy a car from here this dealership is horrible once they get you in they do not care about you at all when getting the car they tell you the more you put down the lower you're payments they are lying the payment are the same I've had my truck for over a year and I have to take to their shop everything month to get fix I've lost alot of work from this dealership I try to tell them I want a different car cause its always braking down but they will not let me. I believe half the reviews on here they wrote themselves! You can tell! I checked this place out ALMOST 2 YEARS AGO - and they still call and bug me to this day! Prices they gave me when I came in were way different than what they promise! They also charge way too much for their cars!
