I went on a mission trip to Africa and came back...got a money order on a Monday night and droppednit.off in the night drop like I always do but these ignorant people still disabled my car...I will be getting rid of this car and the company...DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE...YOU WILL REGRET IT..AND YES I TALKED TO THE DEALERSHIP..THE REP HAD MY MONEY ORDER IN HER HAND...BUT MY CAR IS STILL DISABLED!!!!
This place said they would help repair credit they don't. They sell junk cars and won't fix anything they said its not under warranty. I wouldn't buy a car if they gave me one management is rude and so are the customer service reps.
I'm blown away by the actual good ratings this place gets. Someone on the inside must be doing this, because I know NOBODY that has used this place that isn't dissatisfied with them. STAY AWAY from this place. There are other way BETTER options for financing a car. I've had a tow truck on my doorstep twice saying I am behind on payments when their records were incorrect. Everyone you speak to on the phone is rude. The sales people are actually really nice and every time i've gone in person to make a payment they are friendly... read more
If I could give a -5 stars, I would! PEOPLE..DO NOT USE THIS PLACE to purchase a vehicle unless you have no other option. These people are SCAMMERS! Way overcharge for EVERYTHING. These people prey on those who have less than perfect credit.

They are all junk throw away cars. They do not care about you as a person you are just someone to trap in a rigged up broken dowm car. They have no reliable vehicles. Mind broke down 3 days after purchase.
I would never go to Express Credit Auto! I had a 08 PT Cruiser. The salesmen told methe car was $11,900.00, but it wasn't, when I went to register it, the bill of sell said $12,900. I put $500 down, my payments were $249.00 every two weeks. The car was supposed to be paid off in two years. I had it for almost a year and a half...my last payment said my payoff was STILL $10,000!!!! So apparently I only paid $2,900 of the principle of the note in 1 1/2 years! There was nooooo way I'd have the $10,000 payoff, paid in 6 months! ... read more
