NEVER WILL I EVER RECOMMED THIS PLACE TO ANYONE .. I bought a car from this place in 2012 the payments are already too high for my liking but it was my first car so I went right. The car would of been paid off in August 2014, but in January 2014 I went into the hospital on bed rest about to have my son three months early. I then called them to let them know I was in the hospital pregnant about to have my son three months early so I wouldn't be able to pay and to see if they would work with me at all since it was going to be ... read more
I paid off my car in May 2014, & here it is almost 2015. Am still waiting for my "release" on the title of my car. I call twice a day & am told the release will be in the mail that day. Well am still waiting for the release. They are nice & helpful, but EC refused to fix my car after it was damage at their warranty repair shop. Now my passenger door opens when I turn a corner. My mirror on the is also broken on the door. I will never do business with them again!!!!

Please do not and I mean do not buy from these people.. They don't care about you after sign and drive.. We had a death in the family and ask to miss 1 payment because we were responsible for the burial. After a week of phone tag. their decision was NO! So, we mentioned that we only have a few payments left on the vehicle an that we've never missed one payment or even was late. we were then told to pay $35. insurance and they would do it. This place is terrible. They rip you off then put ignition cutoff chips in your car so they can repo it. Then they sell it to the next schmuck for the same price and keep getting down payments out of everyone. This place is a scam. Scroll down and you will see their idiot salespeople on May 1 and Oct 19 posting a bunch of 5 star fake reviews on themselves to get their ratings up. Losers...
