Purchased a vehicle about 2 months ago, 2 weeks ago the check engine light came on. I went to the dealership and was told at that point it would be 2 wees before they would even look at my vehicle. However, they were not even accepting any vehicles for repair at this time, and I could take it to an auto parts store to have them diagnose the problem. I wish I would have NEVER got a car through them . My first car i got from them was in 2015 and it was 2009 my gut feeling told me not to ,but I was 20 and in desperate need of a vehicle for work . So i signed my name on the dotted line and I wish I never would have . Within six months of having it it broke down . Then I had to have it towed myself to the warranty place . DO NOT GO HERE!!!! They screw you over every chance they get. Our transmission went out less than 30 days after we got the car. They were rude about fixing it. They are all hateful when you call to ask them anything. They lost my payment that I paid to them in their office. It showed on my bank account, I sent them that information with receipt paid. They still didn't fix the problem. Took them 2 months to fix it. Finally we traded in the car we call to all them about the pay off. They tell me they can't tell me anything or ... read more
