Absolutely disgraceful, I did not receive my deposit which I was owed, Micheal was very hard to contact during the duration of my tenancy, and even when we managed to get hold of him it’d take a long time to get anything done, he also deleted my number when I asked for my deposit back, very unprofessional.
I had quite a good experience renting from Expert Letts for some years. Michael is quite friendly, professional and responsive. I wasn’t stressed at moving in/out. Definitely recommend them.

Expert Letts, has been Fantastic. Being a tenant and renting many times in London I have had some bad experiences, expert letts were amazing. whenever there was an issue theyd rectify it as soon as possible. for example when it snowed last week our patio area was super slippy, Michael from expert letts came with salt grit and got rid of the problem in less than 24 hours, GREAT service, they do things they don't even really need to, to make sure your experience as a tenant is the best.
