If I could given no stars, I would ! This company’s conduct is completely unacceptable and, in my view, borders on unethical. I placed an order for a personalised number plate as a birthday gift for my brother. What followed was weeks of chasing, ignored messages, and empty reassurances. I was repeatedly told the order was being handled, with the final confirmation being that someone would personally deliver the plates. That never happened. No delivery. No ETA. No phone call.
