I’ve never been so in love with a Pet Store like I do this one. I’ve been a customer of Exotic Jungle for years now. And the staff is always so friendly & helpful. I much rather prefer to come here than any chain of Pet Stores such as Petco or Pet Smart. Because I know tin the bigger chains the animals don’t get as much one on one care like they do here. I ordered an silver arowana about 8-9 weeks ago, still no word on it from the owner.
I just purchased a blue tongued skink today.. the poor girl is covered in mites I will never be back again.
Love this store. Staff friendly and helpful. Walked in and fell in love with a baby blue quaker. Now a part of the family. Kelly took me aisle by aisle to make sure I found and got everything needed to bring our baby parrot home. Owner and Kelly even gave me their number in case I have any questions. Thank you everyone. We named her "Luna Lovegood"
Cockroaches and spiders everywhere, animal feces and urine littering the floor, dirty animal enclosures, the fish are infested with ich and intestinal parasites, most of the snakes have mites, untrained disrespectful staff, PETSHOPS DONT COME MORE BACKWOODS THEN THIS- the building should be condemned. ((The worst part is some of the cats they sold 2 months ago had feline aids; if you got an adult or sub adult cat from this place please please get it tested))
My son's 10th birthday was a few days ago. I called the store the day before we went in and explained that I was wanting to get a bearded dragon for him as a surprise...Stacy was phenomenal and took the time to quote me on prices and tell me the variety of colors and dragons they had. Literally the best experience ever in a pet store!! Large selection of small pets and even better..... the staff was AMAZING!!!!!
