RecommendedLove this place! Everyone is so nice and knows a lot about their animals. Bought my first crayfish from here and she is doing wonderful! Every animal in there is well taken care of by people who absolutely love their job! 100% recommend. So glad my friend told me about Exotic Jungle Pet Superstore!
Kelly from Exotic Jungle is awesome! She brought a bunch of animals to show our friends at Morgantown Early Learning Facility. The kids absolutely loved it. They even got to pet Bumper the bunny and a bearded dragon!
Bought two Chinchillas from them about a week ago! They were extremely helpful with picking out the right supplies and they even helped me carry my stuff out to my car. And my chinchillas have been absolute dolls❤
If I could I would give 0 stars. I’m no longer allowed to shop here by the owner because I’m educated on reptile care and noticed a few issues and discussed them with my family while we were in the store. They do not care about the animals they carry. They feed the snakes inadequate meals to keep them small, they all have mites. Bearded dragons are housed together which is a big no no. I visited Exotic Jungle for the first time today. I was impressed from the beginning. As soon as I walked in, I was told a little about the place including their “in-house” pets that roam freely. I had to spend 2 hours in there just looking at the large variety of animals they have. The employees were absolutely amazing. Answering every question and gave details on each animal I asked about. The staff is wonderful! I called from 3 hours away to reserve a couple hairless Rat’s, I ended up with 3. She let me reserve them and their supplies over the phone, offered to send me pictures, etc. My girls arrived to me in excellent health and so chunky. They’ve been wonderful. I can’t thank the stuff enough. I will definitely be back in person!
Such great products, prices are fair (and we have 2 Danes, 2 ferrets and 2 cats), and the staff is lovely! We drove from Fairmont and will definitely be back!
Came in today with my 5 week old Chihuahua puppy for formula and bottles and walked out with more and I couldn't of asked for better service �� thank you
