Very friendly always have what we need and cant wait to go back...
Love the service, animals, knowledge, and love this group has for their animals.... Have purchased 2 different birds from them that have obviously been handled and cared for.... Highly recommend them to anyone...Thanks for all your help both times I've been there
My husband and I love this place. Emily knows us and makes an effort to speak with us personally every time we are in the store. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and if they don't know how to answer a question, Emily will. We have purchased multiple fish and supplies as well as small animal supplies from here. I have already casted my vote for the Exotic Jungle for Best Of Morgantown and urge everyone to give this place a try.

The fish guy is pretty cute the store is very nice would reccomend.
I love how helpful the workers were. They didn’t rush me when trying to find a snake I wanted to purchase and made me feel comfortable enough to leave out of the store with my first pet snake. Gave me good details to care for my snake and was very patient with me as I had a lot of questions.
