Helpful and friendly staff, well stocked, and clean. But best of all is being greeted by Fuzzbutt, the bunny, and the resident cat whose name I didn’t catch.
I love this store! Everyone is so friendly and they know exactly what they are talking about! I love how they have the turtles bunny and cat walking around the store as well. It’s so fun and my son loves seeing all of the animals as well. The only bad thing is that I spend way more money than I should when I go here �
Pay attention to the fish you buy!!! No refunds!!! I had gotten 4 blue rams... ($15) each and 3 feather fins ($10) that is $90 in fish and every single one of them died. And it's not that something was wrong with my tank because I have 2 4year old Angel's and rainbow sharks the same age. And the fish I got from Petco 3 weeks before hand are fine too. Just the ones from exotic jungle died. Not trying to start anything just wanted to give a warning to everyone.
I enjoyed looking through the store. I felt that the staff was very knowledgeable about the animals. We came to buy fish and they were so helpful. Putting some in the same tank so I could see them better. We will def keep going here for our fish and tank supplies.
The women at Exotic Jungle have gone above and beyond to make sure my all of my questions and concerns were addressed. They have exceeded any expectations I ever had. I am extremely happy I chose to get my 2 pet rats from them. Highly recommend!!!!!!
