Techs are knowledgeable and showed up on time. They were even flexible with scheduling. The tech was very understanding when it came to our pets and came back at a separate time to complete the work needed in the basement. The results from the visits have been great and I'm no longer being called by the wife to get rid of spiders. Highly recommended and will be the first company we call if there are any future pest problems for sure!

I've worked with Exodus for over 3 years and they are continuing to slide down hill. One of their technicians gave bait stations to a customer to treat the property themselves, their exterminating efforts have been weak at best(only putting down a couple bait stations- literally taking 30 seconds and charging $100 plus, not being able to get rid of roaches from a vacant single family home for over 4 months, only scheduling 1 treatment for $200 etc), I have emailed contact information and who to contact and they have messed u... read more

I had bees. They exterminated them in a timely fashion. They were professional and polite. And the office manager John is a swell guy, made us feel like family, everything he said they were gonna do they did. Thanks again guys !
