RecommendedExodus staff is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. When a recent bout of yellow jacket activity arose, they were there the same day and dealt with the situation in a professional and complete manner. From the folks in the office to the field staff, they are all great at what they do!
This is our second year using Exodus. Last year was great, spring this year was iffy but out service last month blew them away. Dave called while he was on his way over and asked about problems or areas of concern. He thoroughly treated the exterior for our house and called back to tell us what he had done and offered DIY suggestions for fly problems. Our most recent treatment has been undoubtedly the best treatment. 10/10 would recommend Exodus. 15/10 would suggest asking for Dave to come do it.
Prompt, identified 'worms' found in kitchen counter; did not have carpenter ants as anticipated - concrete ants instead. Showed me where entryways into house needed to be sealed. Definitely will call if I have any other uninvited guests👍
