I called Exdous requesting a Bug bed and Roach inspection, I was charged for both and told my home was bug free. My Grandchildren continued to get bite marks. I texted Picture and concerns to tech. I continued to call. I moved my less than a one yr old bed from wall to discovered bed bugs. After screaming Evertything was thrown outside again I called Exdous requesting treatment and was told I'd have to pay an inspection fee. I've left 2 messages for owners no one has called me back.
