Update, since I posted The negative review below, Exodus worked hard to make it right. I can now say I have had excellent service. The first year of service was great. The tech Nate was wonderful. This year has been awful. I have scheduled appointments, waited at home, missing work, and the tech never shows up. When I call the office there is no record of the phone call or the appointment. The call center reps aren't documenting calls or appointments. Missed an hour of work this morning. Switching to another company. Whateve... read more

Today I discovered yellow jackets were trying to break through the drywall in my master bedroom. Having just been stung nine times after disturbing a ground nest a few days ago, I was terrified of what would happen if the yellow jackets broke through to my bedroom. My neighbor recommended Exodus so I called and spoke with Amber and she sent Nate out almost immediately. I really appreciated that they treated my call with urgency and took care of the problem. Thank you!
