I work for Exodus and I love my job. I work with some honestly great people, both clients and coworkers. We stride to make people happy and I think it comes naturally to us. I really believe it's because of the great culture created here at exodus. Personally I couldn't be any happier!
Exodus was quick to schedule us & provided EXCELLENT customer service. The technician was stung while on our job but smiled anyway! (Those yellow jackets are real jerks!)

I called to see if they could handle a wasp nest in my chimney. I was told they wanted to charge me 95 dollars to come look and see if they could handle the situation, but wasn't guaranteed they would be able to. I'm not sure how you can call yourself an exterminating company if you cant handle a wasp nest. Needless to say, I decided to find someone else who can guarantee me they can take care of a wasp nest. Thanks and sorry exodus!
Treatment was very effective, staff members are friendly and it was no trouble scheduling a visit.

Everything about the experience was great, minus the reason for needing it! Ashley was informative & demonstrated great customer service on my call in, to enquire about bee treatment. I felt comfortable with this companies abilities to eliminate our problems, which included ground bees and an unknown bee type located in my home's facia. I booked the soonest available appointment.
