NHS wanted to operate with a 30% chance of failure on a torn rotator cuff plus 12 months recovery. 4 ninety minute sessions over 6 months and all is good. She knows her stuff. I felt like I had been battered after the sessions but no pain no gain and it worked. Back snowboarding the following season and turning cartwheels in the garden with the grand children during the summer. Happy man 💪🏂😝
