I can highly recommend Exhale Osteopathy. Extremely professional, personable, friendly, competent. Treatments from the most traditional to the new in the latest laser technology. You are made to feel at ease from the moment you walk through the door. Diagnosis and treatment is discussed, explained and performed with care and professionalism. Found hafi off looking for an osteopath on google, have had a frozen shoulder for a while and suffering, booked in and can’t praise him enough didn’t take long to sort out , highly recommended.
My husband went here first for his back and said how good he was, so decided I wanted to try and I would definitely recommend my neck had been stiff foe a while after a couple of sessions feels great
I've been seeing Hafi for while for my back and neck and can honestly say he's an amazing Osteopath and a really friendly chap. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs help with any pains they have.
We visited Hafi when my daughter was 2 weeks old due to her constant crying between the hours of 7-10pm and nothing appearing to comfort or settle her. I had taken her to the doctors to which he explained that there was nothing wrong with her medically - I was at my wits end.
