Booked in with this company over the phone for a inspection on a carpet and quote . Booked in for a Tuesday my only day off and was told someone would be coming out but no time was given . When Tuesday came I waited in all morning for knowone to turn up so went out around 1pm came back at 3 and still no show. Waited all day for not one person to turn up was abit disappointed. If I could give 6 stars, I would. First class service with attention to detail and very helpful throughout. The carpet looks amazing and Lewis has done a fantastic job fitting it and vacuuming up afterwards! Would definitely recommend Exeter Carpet Company and will definitely use them again - a real pleasure to deal with. Thank you all so much.

Excellent service from Karen, Trevor and their team of floor layers! Whole house flooring carried out over four days, both Amtico and Oak engineered boards, laid to underfloor heated floor.

Exeter Carpet Co Ltd have a vast stock of all kinds of flooring and Karen instantly led us to exactly what we needed and for a good price too. Trevor came out and measured and the lads who fitted it couldn't have been nicer or more professional. All in all a really lovely company to deal with and we now have a room we're proud of.
