I have been a board member with Tom Adams for about 7 years. And I was on the call with Tom, my fellow board members, and EPM that evening when the "absurd" comment was made by Len Barber. And I can say, without a doubt, I was offended by the comment. There was no need for that reaction, and I found it very unprofessional. All I can say Mr. Barber is that its unfortunate that you feel the way you do. I have served as a volunteer for 20 years on the Adams Board, arriving shortly after EPM took over the property. I have also served 19 years on the master board in spring ridge and several years on the Van Buren board as president and trustee. I have worked closely with EPM throughout the years and negotiated several of our village management contracts with Len personally. Dear Len: I just wanted to let you know how glad the Board and residents at Parkview Crossings at Woodbridge are we chose EPM (Executive Property Management) to manage our condominium association Over the last two and a half years we have been with you, our financial situation is 100% better. The residents appreciate and understand the way you present the budgets.
