Having worked with EPM and specifically Len Barber for almost 25 years as President, Treasurer, Board Member and a consultant I find the tactics and attack on EPM and Len completely wrong on many levels. Len and EPM has always had the best interest of the properties that they represent. I am an employee of EPM so I believe I can offer a different perspective and view. I have worked for less than 8 companies for my entire working career. However, I have never worked for a company who cared more about their customers or staff. They are extremely professional and trustworthy. Len, the owner, is hands on. As a trustee of Marlboro Greens for 3 years now I have had to do nothing but learn the in's and out's of how the relationship between our community and EPM our Mgmt. Company works. I have nothing but good things to say about Bonnie our personal manager and the EPM mgmt team as a whole. They have been there to support me when there are any finanial issues that are unclear to me as I am one of the trustees that approve the bills in strongroom , and even to the point of helping me set up proper logins. I am Elliott Taub , the Treasurer of Marlboro Greens, an adult community of 340 units, who has served on the Board of Trustees for about 12 years as Treasurer ,President and Board Member Marlboro Greens has been a client of Executive Property Management for over 20 years I personally found Len Barber , and his company to be extremely knowledgeable ,honorable and courteous. Response to Thomas F A. & Megan D.'s recent post Once again Mr. Adams has resorted to his cyber-bullying tactics and now brought a fellow Board member into the bully-pit. I have been a board member with Tom Adams for about 7 years. And I was on the call with Tom, my fellow board members, and EPM that evening when the "absurd" comment was made by Len Barber. And I can say, without a doubt, I was offended by the comment. There was no need for that reaction, and I found it very unprofessional. I am also very disappointed with the follow up letter that Mr. Barber sent to our board, as well as the comments he has made on this website review.
