Scumbags of the highest order who are colluding with landlords to coerce tenants into signing away their rights with incorrect information meant to intimidate. My landlord uses EPM and after passing the 90-day autorenewal date, the landlord attempted to amend lease terms to add extra charges. We refused to sign these terms. Landlord is now colluding with EPM to send notice of fake charges amounting to $25 a day for not signing a new lease, when our past lease contains previously-mentioned autorenewal language. As a Board member of a townhouse association managed by EPM, I am very appreciative of Jessica Barber and all that she does for the Board and Homeowners of our Association. Jessica has a positive approach to issues and suggestions, and an understanding perspective to the Board's and Homeowner's needs and concerns. She is a Gem. EPM response to Bruce Thomas's negative review. While it is easy to post criticism about our Property Manager, Heather Warcup, it is important to ensure fairness in reporting. We have lived in Beau Ridge for over 9 years and have recently decided to move. I wanted to thank Dean and his staff for always helping us with questions throughout the years.
