I have lived in Westgate for 30+ years. Executive Property Management has managed this community for all of those wonderful years. When I was told that there was a negative personal attack against Len Barber, I thought it must be a mistake. I have worked for Len Barber (Executive Property Management) for 19 ½ years and I have never seen him act in a way that was unprofessional. I know Tom Adams since we both served on boards at Spring Ridge. I heard about Tom’s reputation long before I met him. EPM manages a community in Edison with 396 condominium units which I personally have been proud to manage all these years. After horrible experiences with several other management companies, I am thankful everyday that we have now been an EPM client for 8 years. I would not hesitate recommending EPM to any association. Our prior EPM property manager, Celeste, was fabulous. We have now been working with Dean for the past couple of years and he is even better. Dean is very proactive and professional.
