A very positive experience with Excite Electrical. We have recently bought a house that needed work on electrics. Ben was very responsive and tailored services to our needs. Richard was very helpful in explaining everything that wasn't right and what were our options and steps needed to fix it. Overall very happy with the service.
Excite and specifically Ben and Richard are responsive to our needs, listened to what we wanted and made recommendations to fit those requirements. They come as planned, tidy up after themselves and ask if there is anything they are unsure of. I also like that Excite ensures that we nearly always have Richard as it means he knows the slight oddities around our house's electrical circuits. Thank you for another job well done!
We've used Excite for a number of different jobs and had a first class service with them. All the team are very knowledgeable, the communication is excellent and their pricing is fair. They carry out the work promptly, are reliable and are very courteous.
I have used Excite Electrical for a small renovation in my new home. Jamie has done a wonderful job removing old fittings and sockets, installing new led lights and a new distribution box. Competitively priced, communication excellent. I would highly recommend.
