The team is easy to talk to, always helpful and makes the whole process smooth and stress free. They also offer affordable properties which is a big plus, highly recommended.

I have had the experience of many years of renting, from an 18 year old student to a 40 year old moving between jobs for a short period. Without doubt Exchange Residential are the best I’ve dealt with. They are easy to communicate with and always readily available to answer any query. I couldn’t recommend them any more highly. As a tenant at Union Studios for almost 2 years, I’ve found the apartment to be incredibly affordable while being conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the university, eliminating the need for daily commutes. The property manager, Sophie, and her team have been exceptionally helpful, always responding promptly to any queries or requests.
