Not only are they locally owned, but the customer service is great. I am a realtor, and know that my clients will be happy. They also try to be flexible if you have a job that needs to be done in a certain timeframe.
I definitely saw an improvement in the cleanliness of my tile. There was some residue but my tile is very irregular on top and they said that can happen. They have generously offered to come clean the residue off. I have been very impressed with their customer service.
Tim Fain did an excellent job on my light beige carpet and ceramic tile. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and nice! He takes pride in his work. I didn't realize how dirty my carpet was until he showed me a before and after picture. I will definitely use him in the future. Great job!!!

The owner Tim Fain and his colleague was amazing! They just left my home and they brought our beige carpet back to life! His expertise is invaluable and attention to detail was spot on. They cleaned my living room and guest bed room. The guest bed room also serves as the dogs room and my dog when she was a puppy clawed a whole through our carpet.
