RecommendedI messaged these guys on New Years Eve this year because my daughter spilled bright BLUE, sparkly nail polish on our light gray living room carpet... like, a LOT of nail polish. I had a response from Exceptional Carpet Cleaning within an hour and they scheduled to come out quickly after the holiday. Guys.... they got every last bit of polish out of the carpet!! These folks work magic! I have used them for regular cleanings for several years and will continue to refer people to them. Highly recommended!

I LOVE Exceptional Carpet Cleaning! I’ve used them for years and they never disappoint! With three dogs, the carpet gets embarrassingly dirty and after they leave it looks brand new! And it’s a super light cream colored carpet! They’re also the only ones I’ve found who can clean my terra cotta tile floors and they make them so bright! It feels like Christmas when they leave! They do a terrible job and do not stand behind their work! My carpets look and smell worse since they “cleaned” my carpets...DO NOT USE THEM!!
I get my carpets done every year by “professionals” and they said they couldn’t do anything for this area because of wear and tear. Exceptional made it loo lost new again! He was so polite, kind to my curious 6 year old, and patient with my yapping dogs at the back door. Worth every penny!
5 stars all the way!! Amazing, amazing job! I’ve had my carpets cleaned by many companies over the years and Exceptional Carpet Cleaning & Floor Care is by far the best I’ve used. The owner is such a nice guy. He was so fast and the results are incredible. I’ll be using them again and would recommend to everyone!
I wish I could give these guys more stars!! The slate floors in the house we just purchased were awful (country red dirt, big dogs that had an always open doggie door that they would use after swimming in the pond, you get the idea). Now they look absolutely gorgeous, we had no idea of the real, true color of the tile. Cannot thank these guys enough!! Wish I would have had them do the wood floors too, but they will get done soon!
While my carpet wasn’t terribly visibly soiled, under a black light, we had spots from our dear (little devil) pets. He explained two processes available that would be the best option, and let me choose. I say this only since two other companies I’ve used have pressured me into the higher dollar amount category, add ons, etc, that honestly probably didn’t make a big difference in the final result. Nice people and great service. My tile and grout looks amazing! It was so bad with a toddler and pets. They did laundry room, kitchen, and bathroom. Very happy customer. Will have my carpets cleaned with them.
