They advertise that they open at 8:00 am. I got there around 8.05 Am and one of the workers was there. I pull in expecting to get my car wash then the bloke was shouting and rudely says get out side it's closed. I don't understand why they advertise that they open at 8 Am when they actually don't. I will not be wasting my time coming here to get these dossers to wash my car again. Absolutely disgusting customer service and rude behavior!!
Really poor customer service! Spend less than 5 minutes on my car and my car is still dirty for £12 especially mirrors and wheels. Wouldn't recommend.
Took my Yaris here today for a wash. Everywhere else charges £10 for a small car, but here they said: • Small car £10 • Slightly bigger £12 • Bigger cars £20 Then they told me my Yaris is “very big” and must pay £20! Totally unreasonable — my husband’s Type R was only £12 last time, and a Yaris is definitely smaller than a Type R. I already thought £12 was more expensive than other places, but because it’s convenient I still went… Never again. Not surprised this place is always so empty. Feels like a scam.
Great service as always
They close at 6pm but advertised as open until 7pm. Wasted my time .
