I have been going to see Gary for around 6 months as I had very limited movement in my left shoulder. I did have an injection prior to starting physio but I am at almost full movement again now so I am very thankful and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Gary.
I have stenosis in C4 & C5 with severe nerve impingement. I tried osteopathy for a year but symptoms were always there. Gary got to the heart of the problem, undoing habits that were worsening the symptoms and helping me strengthen where it will help relieve pain ( abdominal exercises for neck pain, who knew!) I highly recommend Gary. He is a great physio.
Following an accident in the sea while on holiday in Dubai, I returned to the UK with a triple fracture of the humeral head, as well as a fracture to my upper right arm. I subsequently underwent surgery at Basildon Hospital and was then faced with a long period of rehabilitation and physiotherapy.
