Garry has been absolutely instrumental in our marathon journeys. He guided my husband back to full fitness ahead of his sub-3 hour marathon, an incredible achievement, and the support, expertise and confidence he gave him throughout the process was second to none. I done my work experience with Gary, he’s lovely, very knowledgeable in his area and knows how to adapt accordingly to all patients. He’s helped me learnt a lot while I was there. He also looked at my knee while I was doing my work experience, which I have dislocated twice and has given me exercises which are really helpful. He identifies the causes and symptoms very quickly and effectively. I highly recommend him and his team at Excel Physiotherapy.
I went to physio after an Achilles tendon operation and had a really good experience. The treatment and exercises Gary provided were easy to follow and made a big difference. My pain has reduced a lot, and I’m moving much more comfortably now. Gary was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. Overall, really happy with the results and would definitely recommend :)
Reflexology: cannot recommend Sam highly enough! Fantastic relaxing treatment but with very powerful effects - I slept better, felt full of energy and less stressed and will keep coming back thank you!
Had reflexology yesterday at Excel, Cranham. It was an amazing experience. Felt like I was walking on air afterwards! Would definitely recommend Sam and will be repeating the experience soon. A bit pricey but a treat!
