If I could give a -5 star I would. This company is a huge FAKE FRAUD. After being told from one employee one week ago what I had to do about applying for a house, I did exactly what he had said, when approval process took place, I waited 5 extra days to hear from property owners to be accepted.. finally my husband and I got our acceptance letter via email. I am surprised this management company is still in business with how awful they are. Definitely, the worst experience dealing with a company. We hired Excalibur to manage our property in 2020. We did not want to deal with managing the property and did not want to take on the responsibility of finding and vetting through potential tenants. STORY TIME (if you are looking to rent through them please take the time to read this): For you to conceptualize the type of person I am- I have never made a late payment in any apt I have rented and I have always received EVERY deposit back from places that I have rented with the exception of this one. Will never try to use them again they lie about everything pay for application and were denide when they state the lower r credit is the more u have to pay they don't even explain nothing to u or give u a call about why I do quality they just take your money
