Company is horrible. Credit score was very higher (much higher than they needed) income was over by 3 times until they took out taxes. They charged us for more of a deposit over 78.00 and that was only because they would not accept gross paycheck. The company never calls you back. I am on my 5th to them and over 5th email. I had a credit score of 800 and excellent client resources for verifying my income since I am a self-employed individual. This company is totally robotic which means you never get to talk to anyone, so the computer just rejects you when it doesn't understand the information you provided and you automatically lose the $75 you are forced to pay in order to submit the application. Worst management ever. They charged me for everything TENANTS messed up. So at end of year year I made like $2000.00 or so for 1 year 🤔. They people they send to do the work are there friends that back them up. I called them they always said good things about company. They sent plumber to my house 4 times in one month I was charged everytime. VERY HARD TO GET IN TOUCH WITH YOUR PROPERTY MANAGER 😠 THIS WAS MY LIFE SAVINGS THEY DIDNT CARE AT ALL.
Please take everything negative review seriously. If this company has a good review it is from people who just moved into a property. This is the worst company in Atlanta and surrounding areas to rent from. Thier main concern is the owner and not the tenant. I have lost several thousands with this company. Shady business, tells applicants they get a full refund if they are not selected, but that is a down right lie. If you are declined, you do not get a refund. And the beauty is you get declined, when the owner picks an applicant that isn't you. So you are automatically declined when someone else is picked. Which means you get NO REFUND. They need to improve on EVERYTHING. The worst property management company I've ever dealt with. They unresponsive and do not take accountability to for issues within the homes they manage whatsoever. There is mold all over my personal property which they will not address. The kitchen and bathroom sink have been leaking water because the pipes were improperly installed. I wish I could give them 0 stars. I moved into a unit 1/17 that clearly was not ready to be on the market yet. Upon moving in, I noticed that we did not have heat or running hot water. As we started unpacking, I kept finding more and more problems wrong with this house. The main toilet would not flush, a few of the electrical outlets and light switches do not work, our dishwasher does not run, and the bathtub doesn't drain.
