This is probably one of the worst property management companies I've ever been unfortunate enough to be under contract with, our AC had been out for over a month now (I live in Florida), their only response to this is sending someone to look at it once every 2 weeks and we never hear back from them. I've done my part on making request, calling, texting, and emailing, I'll be lucky enough to get anything back.

I normally do not post negative reviews, but this company is very unprofessional. They will schedule inspections without notice then charge late fees because you are unaware of the appointment. The communication is not the best. They will go days without responding on important matters. When trying to schedule maintenance, it takes months for someone to come out, and when the vendor comes to the home, the job is not completed the way it should. Do not rent from them, They denied me to pay monthly but wanted me to pay them 21k for the full year to rent a house. They are very shady and a untrustworthy company.

They only care about the owner not the tenant I haven’t had A/c since I moved here in the summer NOW I DONT HAVE HEAT.. they don’t care about the tenants just want all your money..LACI ID ONE OF THE WORST HOME MANAGERS SHE DONT CARE EITHER THE HOUSE WAS NOT UP TO STANDARD STAIN IN CARPET DRAWERS BLOCKED BY THE STOVE HOW DID THEY FORCE A STOVE I BEEN USING THE STOVE TO HEAT MY HOME THE LAST 2 days.
Company is horrible. Credit score was very higher (much higher than they needed) income was over by 3 times until they took out taxes. They charged us for more of a deposit over 78.00 and that was only because they would not accept gross paycheck. The company never calls you back. I am on my 5th to them and over 5th email.
