AVOID AVOID AVOID! I rang up on the 3rd to book my Mondraker in for the 7th and collect 11th for some bearing replacement (headset, front wheel and bottom bracket). It was confirmed it will be ready to go on the 11th. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! Booked my bike on the 3rd to go in the shop on 7th and collect on the 11th (I was on holiday and needed the bike when I was back for work) It was comfirmed it would be ready on this date for me to collect. Big thanks for the excellent service today. Crank arm issue had ‘problems’ written all over it but thankfully resolved quickly and efficiently. Very helpful staff. Would recommend to anyone for advice and guidance on bike issues.
