After an extremely negative experience with another local estate agency, Harry, Chris and Sam were nothing short of incredible. Evaluation from the outset was bang on and received continuous updates throughout with the use of a WhatsApp group to keep all updated. Be careful who they use I used Ewemove to sale my flat First meeting great, photos and marketing great Communication about viewings, offers response to offers great. Problem is (and i was not made aware of this at any point) is they farm out their final bits of the sale to a company called complete ASAP, who were woefully rubbish and almost cost me my onward process. 100000% recommend. Ewemove and particularly Ceri & Sam have been faultless from start to finish. From the day of taking photos to listing our property to finding a buyer within 48hours of listing we couldn’t have asked for more caring, attentive, knowledgable people to help in making our dream move happen. Thank you both for your fantastic help, hard word and dedication. Genuinely couldn’t recommend ewe move and the team any more highly. If I could give 10 stars I would.
After taking time off work and driving over an hour to view a property the viewing was cancelled just as I pulled into the property. This was a waste of my time and annual leave. Although this may have been due to unforeseen circumstances, which I completely understand, there was very little apology from Ewemove or consideration into how this had wasted my time.
