Carol was a phenomenal agent & was always quick to respond to any queries we had.
Stayed in a flat rented by a private landlord through EwartPark for almost 3 years. Could not recommend them enough! Any queries or problems were answered and sorted very quickly and they are a lovely, respectful, flexible team of people to communicate with in regards to inspections, services etc... Have rented from other properties managed by agencies in the past and this is by far the best experience I have had.
I feel that this service is a dying breed. Gwen in particular at the beginning of the tenancy could sense my predicament and made sure to contact me if space became available at a flat that would make my life 10 times easier. At the most crutial time she called me up to say there was a room available - weeks later when i had forgotten it was a possibility. She didn't have to do that either as there is a lot of interest in these rooms constantly but she made sure to keep my name and contact and stuck to her word. Very persona... read more
I'm extremely disappointed with this letting agency. Scheduled a viewing, rearranged my day, only to receive a cancellation notice 30 minutes prior, while I was on my way to the property. Apparently, someone had put a deposit down after an earlier viewing. Complete disregard for my time and utter incompetence in managing appointments.
Cannot fault Ewart Park! Gwen went above and beyond with helping us find a rental when we moved back in 2021. We’ve dealt with Gwen, Gillian and Ellie I believe over the last few years and every interaction has been brilliant. The landlord was amazing and the communication has been so good throughout our tenancy. We’ve just bought our first house now so have moved out and they’ve been so so helpful with everything!
