On behalf of a client I'm working with, I have had complaints about Martin and previously Elisabeth Windsor in respect of extortionate fees and charging clients up front for work in advance..as a McKenzie friend you cannot charge in advance of work, you must invoice firstly, then complete the work, then request payment owed.. they have refused to refund the client back a large sum of money and we are now taking the matter to court.
