Excellent company to do business with. A small issue with one damaged item of my garden furniture, but replaced and fully resolved within a week. DONT NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Ordered a Milan corner sofa and dining table set from Evre via B&Q. As like the other reviewer otem arrived in 2 boxes which said Malibu set, instead of the 3 boxes which should have said Milan set. After going back and forth on Evre Website chat I was told to open the box and the correct item would be inside and it was a misprint on the box. Welding on the product was awful and when trying to return they have refused to pick it up and have closed the case with B&Q so there’s no way for me to return it or get a refund
Bought the Madrid rattan set via Amazon delivered quickly and when the weather got better we went to assemble and we never had any of the fixings … I emailed and had a response quickly from Ian who dealt with my enquiry quickly and efficiently the missing fixings was sent out to me within a couple of days 👍 so all fixed together and with a few added accessories I am very happy 😃 it’s comfy and just adds a special addition to my patio .
