Toby was super helpful with my sesamoiditis, really going above and beyond with his research and networking with colleagues to find good treatments, which resulted in some progress with a long term issue. Additionally, the place itself is a really clean and professional environment. Couldn’t recommend enough!
Absolutely brilliant experience with David Maksymuk. Really knowledgeable and experienced. Supported me in training and rehab to create an individualised physio program. So encouraging and supportive. Would definitely recommend. 🙂
I highly recommend Evolve physio. Amy is nothing short of a miracle worker, and the other physios there are also brilliant and I wouldn’t hesitate to book in with any of them if Amy wasn’t available. I was in agony earlier in the year, with rotator cuff issues and had been unable to exercise for a long time. With Amy’s help I’m back at the gym!

I had a torn meniscus and was referred to a physio. I choose Evolve as they are close to where I live. My physio Toby, took the time to understand my condition and developed a plan to build my strength in my knee. I’ve gone from crutches to back walking again with no limp or favouring my other leg. Still need to get back to playing netball but I’m on the right road with Toby/ Evolve’s help. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
