After a failed experience with another service provider we've been recommended Evolve by the agent and switching to them was the best thing we've done. In about a month we moved into our new house, stress free.
We had a good experience with Evolve when we used them this year for our first ever house purchase. The process was daunting as first time buyers, but from the first phone call with Tom A, they were very approachable and set out everything clearly. Suzette was excellent and always took the time to explain and talk through things when we were unsure. We were assisted by Ammaad towards the end of the process/completion who was a great contact.
My flat has not been registered by Evolve Law with the land registry office for over 4 years now. I’ve observed from responses to reviews that 3rd parties and events tend to get blamed for delays, but we were the first to move in, it does not look like our neighbours who moved into the block after us with the same housing association have had the same problem getting registered.
