I just wanted to say that our building and owners have nothing but positive things to say about Evolve and the team. Having been let down by our previous national agency, the team, property managers and accounts staff have always responded quickly, provided excellent technical knowledge and generally been there for us. Our site is now financially healthy, major works being planned and it has restored our faith in block management companies, and I would strongly recommend if you have had a bad experience, give Evolve a call!
I know management companies get a bad rap, the directors making the decisions but the property managers taking the fall for it, but at Evolve the property managers and accounts team communicate so well that everyone at this building is aware of what is going on, translating difficult decisions from the directors and ensuring we all understand what is going on. Extremely Disappointed – Unjustifiable Charges and Poor Transparency I am utterly disappointed with the way Evolve Block & Estate Management Ltd has been managing our estate at Empress Heights, Southampton. Recently, I received a service charge demand that has more than doubled compared to previous years, now exceeding £6,000 per annum, which is more than my mortgage payments.
