Hands down the worst, most expensive heating system that I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Ombudsman, DSARs, complaints, requests for compensation and still nothing. Bills for two people for £180/ month, and that's when the water is at 80 degrees centigrade and the heating isn't working. So health and safety problems alongside being an absolute headache. I agree that is a horrendous company, overcharges and ob top of it with no helpful at all customers service. I don’t understand why my building managers hired them exclusively.

The Worst Experience Imaginable – Utter Negligence and Inhuman Service This has been the most appalling and disgraceful experience I've ever had with any company. The level of incompetence is staggering - no one seems to know what they’re doing, and when pressed for answers, staff simply hang up the phone rather than assist those in genuine need. They have sent a bill in the thousands with no itemised monthly services or explanation of what they do - nor I think, do they have any contract in place. Very suspicious of the way they run their business

Terrible customer service. Not informed of the costs and only received invoice 4 months after the call out. Very rude customer service team
