Also struggled to get Nick or his team to communicate at all. We had no idea what stage each of our notices were at, court papers had incorrect names on them and delayed getting non-paying tenants dealt with by months costing £000's.

I had a very positive experience using this company and it was at a fraction of the cost I was quoted by a general solicitors. It was a lengthy process, but no fault of AAL, just the dire state of justice in this broken country. I spoke to Nicholas initially and he suggested a more cost effective route to evict than the path stated by the other solicitor. AVOID!!!! I have been trying to regain possession of my property since May 2022. It's now Jan 2025. Nick has been ignoring my calls and emails since September. Take this as a warning DO NOT waste your time and money.
