They refused to work on my car because I wanted to bring my own parts. On top of that, they didn’t seem to know what they were talking about, since I had to correct them myself.

AVOID!!! Took my car to this garage Tuesday morning! As had a warning light on dash regarding dpf. Several hours later I get a call, to tell me a few sensors are damage etc, gave me a couple different prices… but with no actual guarantee the car would be even fixed. My family and I have used this family run garage for many years on all our cars, vans and are older children’s cars and have nothing but an excellent service. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. The pricing has always been quoted up front, explained and fair. They have gone above and beyond when I personally have done stupid things to my car, like spilling milkshake on my controls.
Absolute rip off of a place. Ended up having 5 phone calls back & forth just to find out a price. No one sounded like they knew what they were talking about & charged £172 for labour alone when nothing was fixed on the car just had a look to see what problem was. Astonishing prices.
