After a year we are still waiting for the work to be completed. We paid initial deposit and then they kept asking for additional money so we paid the majority of the money then struggled to get the work done. There was always an excuse why no one turned up. Very disappointed in the service provided by this company. Now we can't get a reply to any emails or phonecalls. We will have to get another company to complete the work.

I was not going to write a review until I received yet another phone call from them this morning - 4 October 2018. It started with a telesales call in June. The caller told me there was a deal on and you get 25% cash back (Carbon Fund Reduction). Firstly I am on BT preference and should not have been called. I am looking for new windows so did not hang up. So an appointment was made and a very nice young man appeared. This company from start to finish was amazing, The customer care team are very empathetic and understanding as i had just lost my husband. My Husband always wanted a conservatory to look out into the garden he adored and he spent most of his time in. I love my little conservatory as i sit and admire the garden my husband loved so much. I was told the work would take three weeks and it was finished in 20 days.I would highly recomend Every good home to anyone looking to improve their home.
