I feel it's a great addition to the East Loop (St Louis City side) and the North side of Delmar. Everybody talks about the Delmar divide. I feel rebirth, rehab, and restoring our West End neighborhood is a great thing, so hopefully new developments leads to more developments.

Would have been a great place to add services or housing for those living on both sides of the Delmar Divide. Instead, it is another example of gentrification. I've never seen such an ambitiously clueless and offensive project in quite some time, it really is astonishing. Using tax payer money to develop egregiously expensive apartments for a transient group of wealthy students, many of whom won't even stay in St. Louis after they graduate is quite the innovation in Delmar Loop gentrification. All while increasing the targeted policing of black people on the Loop! You all really are something. P.S. Nice Benetton ad on the cover photo. You should've sent the same message to whoever ... read more

If you consider yourself a community, then maybe think again about your cover photo that you clearly took from the internet. We all know that you are not trying to create a "diverse" and meaningful lifestyle. I seriously don't think you are providing the "best" housing, instead you are further gentrifying the area and being disrespectful to others who live here. We don't need a boutique student housing on the loop.

There are no options for low income people, this is driving out members of the community, not cool.
