GP Surgery is clean and the appointment are now in NHS App and it quick and easy. The doctors and stuff in there're helpful.
Dr. Williams was wonderful! He administered my knee steroid injection with great professionalism and care. He was very patient, kind, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the procedure. I truly appreciated how well he treated me—it was a very positive experience!
genuinely the worst doctors surgery i have ever had the displeasure of being registered with. awfully rude reception staff who speak to you as if you’re inconveniencing them by making them have to do their job, doctors who will call you several hours past your scheduled appointment (if they bother to call at all) and put the blame on you for not picking up the phone, and then you’re forced to use their stupid appointment booking service that is only open to use for TWENTY MINUTES at 7:30am. in my time registered here i’ve co... read more
