I walked in the door looking for a lawn tractor. The guys were good enough to show me many different models and helped me pick the one that best suited my needs. I was quoted what I thought to be a very good price. I like the mower very much and I'm confident that, should it ever need service, I know of a very competent group of people who will be able to take care of it for me. Thanks everyone!!
Here we are, July 3rd, and many places are closed or short-staffed. I needed a lawn mower, as mine decided to fail me when I needed it. Went to see what they had, got an easy explanation of what I thought I'd be interested in, AND had it delivered in less than 60 minutes! This is a great example of working with the customer and providing great service. A wonderful experience!
