Had my snowblower in last fall they had to rebuild the carburetor well it never work good after that so this year I took it back for the same issue they said it would need a new carburetor so he gave me an estimate for $140 I said go ahead and fix it I had to pay $46.00 down I got a call and they said it was done so I went to pick it up the bill turned out to be $183.65 I asked what happened with the estimate he said that was after the down payment but never told me that at the time of drop off he said he was sorry for not t... read more

Bought a Toro zero turn lawn mower from Greg in 2017. Nothing but problems with it from day 1. Have been in several times to get things fixed. Greg refuses to replace our mower or give us our money back. He has many excuses including claims that we are putting in the wrong gas. Can't use kwik trip gas just citgo gas. Greg says it was my husband's fault all a long that the mower was not working??? He even went as far as asking if our children age 2 and 5 put water in the gas??? I went into evergreen power. To get a new rider. Worked with Gary. Very helpful. I was very suprised on what he did to help find the right mower. That kind of service make a life long relationship. Thanks Gary.
After they opened I stopped in for a new chainsaw and have been back for new chains and mower parts and have had nothing but excellent customer service. Highly recommend a stop in to look around.
