I had a 12yr old string inverter, which I felt was sub-optimal for my layout as we have it on two roofs of the bunngalow which also suffers from some tree shading in the shorter months. I had a new SolarEdge inverter with smart panels installed in a single day with Evergreen MAC, even including a full solar panel clean. They were fast, courteous, hard working and tidy! From the quotation through to the installation it was excellent. They installed my Solar Edge Panels, including some for my flat roof, 2 x Tesla Powerwalls, Gateway and a new Zappi Charger. Mac and Josh did a superb job, neat and tidy. The installation has been great and it’s super to see the solar coming in and powering the house on all of the apps I’ve now got. Mac worked with us to determine best system for our needs taking into account the current solar panels we had. Upgraded them and fitted 'Solar Edge' , installed a Tesla Power Wall battery and a hot water system to work with the solar panels. Kept us updated regarding the progress of the work, was friendly and helpful, dealing with (our sometimes silly) questions. Great service again installing charger on new house. Excellent service completing a comprehensive installation on not-the-easiest building, using Solaredge panels with Myenergi suite (Zappi charger and Eddie water heater) finished off with a Tesla Powerwall. The Tesla Back-Up Powerwall is like a whole-house UPS, and even on winter days with a bit of sunshine just doen 2 days without drawing from grid.
