Ever since the RAM takeover things at Evergreen Lenox Park have drastically improved! It is evident that the staff care about their residents, as well as the community. They are friendly, efficient and accomodating to all of our needs. The open lines of communication keep residents in the loop about community development & activites, as well as providing an opportunity to elicit feedback. The staff makes it very clear that they they care about us, creating a united community and a wonderful place to call Home.
Evergreen's management has significantly improved this complex for the better. Living here has been great the past several months, and I look forward to renewing my lease!
Evergreen Lenox Park is a great place to live. I was worried about the move to a big city but the girls in the office have made me feel right at home. And as a bonus I have good neighbors. I looked at a lot of different properties before making my final decision and I am glad this is the one I chose.
I would NOT recommend living at the apartment. Should you choose to move here...I would recommend taking photos of every single detail of the apartment upon move in to avoid being gauged with move out fines. Our apartment had easily not been renovated in several years and upon move-out we were charged outrageous sums for wear and tear to an already aged and poorly cared for apartment.
